Can I change an order after its been placed online?


If you have placed an order with us on our website, and we have not shipped it - we may be able to change your order. Please contact us directly by clicking here.




How long will it take to process my order?


Please allow one full day for processing orders. This generally means that each order will be processed, by one of our shipping services, the following day that the order was placed. For example, two day shipping means two business days (Monday through Friday), which excludes weekends, holidays, and any other unexpected events that may occur. Should an unexpected event occur, a RAZR representative will contact you to discuss your order.




When will I be charged for my order?


You will only be charged for your order upon completion of check out.




Where do I enter a promo code?


Once you add your items to your shopping cart, you can enter the promo code under the Discount Code on the Check Out page. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order. You will see your promotional benefit applied and a new total will be generated.




How do I register for my warranty?


Please complete your Warranty Registration Card upon arrival of your new Razr Product.
